Hey everyone!
I’m organizing a test run of a football league I’ve been developing called the Coolhaven Super League (CSL)—a fun but competitive 6-a-side format played right here in Rotterdam.
This is a preview of what a full CSL season would look like. The idea is:
✅ 24 players in total
✅ 4 teams of 6 players each play across a full month
✅ Every Saturday, each team plays against the other 3 teams (1 match each)
✅ After the 3rd Saturday, teams can "trade" a maximum of 2 players before the final game of the month.
✅ We track goals, assists, team standings, and hand out MVP awards at the end of the month (season)
✅ Two MVPs each season:
- MVP Stats (most goals + assists combined)
- MVP Eye Test (voted by players as the most exciting to watch)
What to Expect in This Test Run:
- Randomly formed teams
- Mini version of the league structure
- Casual but structured football
- Post-league casual matches if people still want to play
- Opportunity to hang out and give feedback
- First dibs to join the full CSL when it launches with winnable prizes
- No payment required for this test run—just show up and ball.
