Nausea by Jean-Paul Sartre

Details
Hello everyone
Thank you to all who came out for the Meetup yesterday on Gabriel Garcia Márquez’ One Hundred Years of Solitude. It was a windy and breezy Saturday in april, but we had a good talk and people seemed to enjoy it.
The next book to read, by popular vote, is Jean-Paul Sartre’s first novel Nausea from 1938. It tells the story of historian Roquentin, who, while working on the biography of a historical figure suffers from a growing sense of alienation and revulsion. The novel is written in diary form.
You can read more about the book here.
There is, of course, an audiobook available as well
For other ressources on how to get a hold of classic books, please see the front page of the group here.
We meet up on Saturday June 21st at 4 pm at The Garden of the Royal Library. Please remember to bring your suggestion for the next classic book to read.
And please, as always, be mindful and respectful of each other, so that everyone feels respected and appreciated.
In the meantime happy reading/listening/watching or however you do it.
Andreas
