Dear Copenhagen CSM professionals!
We are super excited to be able to host the next event in the CPH CSM Meetup series at our offices in Matrikel1 on Højbro Plads.
Building on the awesome agendas from Pleo and Siteimprove we want to invite you to another great track-based evening of Customer Success and Customer Centricity, in which both experienced CSM professionals and those of you who are new to the subject will be sure to get a lot of great insights.

- 06.00 PM till 06.30 PM; opening presentations
- 06.30 PM till 07.15 PM; discussion track session 1 (4 tracks)
- 07.15 PM till 07.45 PM; break/dinner
- 07.45 PM till 08.30 PM; discussion track session 2 (4 tracks)
- 08.30 PM till 09.00 PM; drinks
We will facilitate 4 discussion tracks per session and are anticipating groups of about 15 people per track. Therefore, we would kindly like to request you all have a think about a first, second and third choice for the tracks. Our track topics are as follows:
Session 1
- Engaging disengaged customers through proactive interactions.
- Data insights that give CSM their superpower.
- How could you monetize customer success related activities to your largest strategic customers?
- How could you transition customers from case-based support to self-service online?
Session 2
- How do you segment your account portfolio?
- CSM tooling – Why is it important?
- How could revenue generating projects bring value to Customer Success?
- How do you engage customers in an online community?
