Topic One: What Is Customer Success?
Speaker: Jacob Høgholm from Prezentor
Summary: Customer Success as a function is fairly new to many companies and individuals – especially outside of the software industry. Jacob will give an introduction to the CS function, terminology and the CSM role and talk about Customer Success in general along with the areas of responsibility and purpose within a SaaS business model.
Topic Two: The Customer Lifecycle
Speaker: Tarek Slimani from Contractbook
Summary: The Customer Lifecycle is a centralized theme for defining your Customer Success practice and ultimately ensuring the retention and growth of your customer base. Through multiple touch-points, and a variety of associated frameworks, we are able to facilitate continuous success to the client and their ever evolving desire for value. In this session, Tarek will briefly cover the different stages, initiatives, and frameworks, to achieve success for your company and clients.
Topic Three: Methodology and Strategy
Speaker: Maria Nørgaard from Tamigo
Summary: In Denmark, most companies who start working with customer success with a goal of delivering technical value. This of course makes complete sense as the starting point for setting up a customer success team, as we know that if the implementation and onboarding of a new customer is done well, they are in general more likely to achieve success and thus loyal. However, not that many Danish companies work on creating strategic partnerships by adding business value to the customer. Maria will talk about how to start that conversation and the methodology to employ.
