We're Back! Relaunch of the Copenhagen Data Engineering Meetup
Get ready, Copenhagen! After a brief hiatus, we are thrilled to announce the relaunch of the Copenhagen Data Engineering meetup, and we're coming back with a fantastic lineup of speakers and sessions that you won't want to miss. RSVP opens Wednesday the 24th of September on 09:30!
Join us as we bring the data engineering community together again to connect, learn, and share insights. This event is all about diving deep into the technologies and challenges that shape our field, with real-world use cases.
We have an exciting evening planned with the following talks:
- Maher Kassem from Mærsk will kick things off by showing us how they tackle "Real-time data quality monitoring at scale."
- Martin Skeem from Saxo Bank will explore how they are "Enabling AI and ML use cases with Kafka and Databricks."
- Matias Tonti & Jannick Raunow from cloud2 will share their journey with "Audit trace and long-term retention for Databricks," revealing the unexpected complexities they faced.
- Rune Bendix Wittchen from Devoteam will close the sessions with a look into "Streaming Pipelines using MQTT protocol and Snowflake."
And, of course, what's a meetup without good food and conversation? We'll have plenty of time for networking over pizza and beer.
Devoteam is hosting the event and we will meet at their office on Kampmannsgade 2, 1604 København V
We can't wait to see familiar faces and welcome new ones. Let's rebuild this community together!
