About the Speaker
​Hi, I'm Elli!
​Working as a marketer, I’ve spent years observing how teams work (and don’t work), from small startups to bigger tech companies. Along the way, I learned that great collaboration isn’t just about more tools or smarter algorithms. It’s about more connection.
​These days, I’m on a mission to help teams collaborate with more flow, trust, and creativity. In this workshop, we're bringing the human factor back into collaboration.
