6:30 DAO Founder’s story - presentation
Dumitru Zavrotschi has been part of the Maker & blockchain space for the past 4 years. He worked as a QA Lead at the danish entity of the Maker Foundation. Following the Foundation’s dissolution, he decided to form a team to offer techops services to the broader MakerDAO ecosystem. Dumitru became a co-founder and co-facilitator of TechOps Services, a DAO team servicing other DAO teams and MakerDAO ecosystem actors. Dumitru has plenty of experience he can share with you during this transformation from an employee in a Danish entity to a founder of a DAO team, including transition considerations, team formation, legal entity setup, client relations, and contributor management.

After the talk, we’ll invite several high-profile guests with extensive DAO experience for a panel discussion. Expect to learn from and get some of the most burning questions answered by:

• Rune Christensen (MakerDAO) - thought leader in the DeFi and DAO space, Co-Founder of MakerDAO, former CEO of the Maker Foundation, and one of the major MKR token holders with many directional inputs to MakerDAO.
• Payam Samarghandi (SamarLaw) - one of the very few lawyers in Denmark that specializes in blockchain and DAOs.
• Dumitru Zavrotschi (TechOps Services) - crypto project contributor turned company founder to service DAO clients.
• Søren Terp Jessen (MakerDAO) - a blockchain passionate lawyer with years of experience within Danish FSA, who recently joined MakerDAO to become a facilitator and establish a legal team to service the DAO.

Moderated by meetup co-host Lenkla, who is a long-time crypto worker, community builder, and DAO contributor experience advocate.
