Many of us have never learned to connect with our emotions: our inner child.
Your inner child is basically your emotions. The two are connected as our feelings and emotions dont age past 3 years old. This is why we sometimes feel like we react childishly in a situation where we're triggered. It's simply because we actually become children when our feelings take over. Your inner child is you as a child who still exists within you and whom you can connect with. By connecting with your inner child you'll be able to better feel yourself, your feelings, boundaries etc.
— What can you expect? —
In this session I'll first be guiding you deep into your body and then I'll take you on a visualization journey, where you get to meet your inner child and connect with the emotions that live within you.
We'll round off the evening with meditation where you'll have the opportunity to meet yourself right where you are and right as you are.

You'll get the opportunity to walk away from this session with answers to questions such as:
▪️How am I feeling right now? ▪️What do I need the most? ▪️In what areas of my life have I neglected myself? ▪️How do I take best care of myself? ▪️How can I Connect with myself and my inner voice?
You don't need previous experience with inner child or meditation to join this session. The event is open to any and everyone.
— Your facilitator — My name is Aline , and I am many things, among them: trauma therapist and spaceholder.As the name spaceholder indicates, it is someone who holds space—which is what I do when I facilitate Inner Child. When I hold space, I do it from a place of wholeness and presence. My sessions therefore arise spontaneously in the Now and vary depending on who is present in the room, as the process is intuitive.
The space I hold is not about fixing or changing anything, but simply about being fully present with what already is. It is a space without performance, without right or wrong, with the focus simply on being. It is therefore not about being free from thoughts or emotions, but about awakening to them; holding them, seeing them, and knowing that you are more than that.
The space is open to everyone, regardless of experience. It requires no prior knowledge or preparation—only curiosity.
