In this space, there is room to simply be — just as you are. A space where you can come to receive, feel, and take a break from the pace of everyday life. Here, we move from the mind into the body — into presence, into stillness, into timelessness.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are gently surrounded by waves of sound and vibration from different instruments. The tones and frequencies help the body and mind soften, guiding you into a deeper connection with yourself and into a calm, meditative state. It is a pre-meditative tool, a way to prepare you for meditation.

Many people believe meditation is about having no thoughts — being "thought-free." But in this space, meditation is simply about being with what is — thoughts, emotions, nothing, or everything in between. We enter meditation without a goal, without right or wrong, without doing — just being.
I will guide and speak during the meditation, always with the approach: take what resonates with you, and leave the rest.

— What can you expect? —
In this session, I will guide you into your body, and then you will be "bathed" in sound. You may experience the vibrations of singing bowls, native flute, shamanic drum, guitar, and other instruments, which can help you enter a deep, trance-like state — a place between waking and sleeping.
After the sound bath, we will end the evening with a meditation, giving you the opportunity to meet yourself exactly where you are — just as you are. A surrender to the present moment, to awareness, and to the wholeness of what you are.
You don't need any previous experience with sound baths or meditation to join.
We begin the evening with a short landing-meditation and introduction. Then you will lie down for a brief guided relaxation, followed by a long and nourishing sound bath. Afterward, you'll slowly come back to a seated position for the closing meditation before we bring the evening to a close.

— Your facilitator —
My name is Aline , and I am many things, among them: trauma therapist and spaceholder.As the name spaceholder indicates, it is someone who holds space —which is what I do when I facilitate Sound bath & Meditation. When I hold space, I do it from a place of wholeness and presence. My sessions therefore arise spontaneously in the Now and vary depending on who is present in the room, as the process is intuitive.
The space I hold is not about fixing or changing anything, but simply about being fully present with what already is. It is a space without performance, without right or wrong, with the focus simply on being. It is therefore not about being free from thoughts or emotions, but about awakening to them; holding them, seeing them, and knowing that you are more than that.
The space is open to everyone, regardless of experience. It requires no prior knowledge or preparation—only curiosity.
