Alexandra Instittutet is one of the seven Danish government-approved Research and Technology Organizations (called GTS institutes). Their task is to support industry in adopting cutting edge technology and science, particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Having a large research and development team may not be possible for a SMEs and this is where the GTS institutes come in.
