This is your opportunity to get more in-depth knowledge of the value and some possible approaches to creating meaningful OKRs (Objective and Key Results) within a single mgmt team across a SME company.

We start out by exploring a case study from an owner led company challenged by a number of factors. The head of DevSecOps will talk to some o f these challenges and how the leadership team went about changing culture and execution power (and clock speed) of the individual teams by creating a unifying focus through OKRs.

Then we follow up with a Q&A session, and then proceed to discuss the practice of the OKR methodology among participants and discuss some of the known challenges as well as pitfalls to avoid.

The facilitator of this exploration will be Daniel H. Kristensen who also assisted the case study company on their journey.
