Get hands-on with IntegrationHub and Flow designer!

Let's get together after work to discuss and share Now Platform experiences, ideas, problems and solutions. Kingston is the latest release on the Servicenow platform and Servicenow has released a lot of new modules on the Platform. New solutions Include Agent Intelligent, Flowdesigner, Metricbase and IntegrationHub. In this meetup we will do hand-on workshops on FlowDesigner and IntegrationHub. Flow Designer is a Now Platform feature that enables rich process automation capabilities in a consolidated design environment. It enables process owners and developers to use natural language to automate approvals, tasks, notifications, and record operations without having to code and provides an excellent starting point for expanding by developers with additional coding. IntegrationHub provides the following functionality: Spokes for base system integrations. By Using IntegrationHub actions in Flow Designer , you can: Post messages and ServiceNow incident, problem, and change record details to HipChat , Slack , or Microsoft Teams communications channels….

So bring your laptop and make sure you are on the Kingston release with your developers instance! Furthermore you will need to run two update sets, one data xml import and activate a plugin, preferably prior to the meetup date (instructions will follow).
