What we’re about

Toastmasters International is a nonprofit organization with 16,400 clubs in 141 countries. It helps people improve their public speaking and leadership skills in a supportive, friendly and fun environment.
Toastmasters is for all ages and levels. Whether you are terrified of public speaking or a confident speaker who wants to polish his skills, then this is a right place for you. A typical club meeting runs for 2 hours and features prepared speeches, constructive speech evaluations, short impromptu speeches and many other role-based tasks.
You are welcome to come as a guest for free as many times as you want to observe and participate in short impromptu speeches (if you wish). If you find it interesting, you can later sign up as a member. As a member, you can get access to online educational program, mentor support, make speeches, take on different roles, participate in international speech contests and conferences, as well as meet lots of cool people. You can also develop your leadership skills by taking on Board roles in the club and participating in different projects.
There are 7 Toastmasters club in the Greater Copenhagen Area and this Meetup group lists regular club meetings for most of them. You can see overview of all the clubs in Denmark and their Facebook pages (with events) on our website: https://toastmasters.dk/clubs
