What does “home” mean to you? Is it a place, a feeling, a memory, or something yet to be discovered?

Join us for a two-hour experiential workshop where we explore the theme of home through movement and creative expression. Guided by a Jungian and a body-oriented psychotherapist, we will engage in gentle somatic practices and collage-making to connect with our personal sense of home—both within ourselves and in the world around us.
