What?
We invite you to join this CopenhagenR meetup, whether you're a beginner interested in R or a seasoned veteran. In this meetup we'll be introduced to two great tools for authoring documents, reports and articles using R.
Publishing papers with R and LaTeX
Sweave provides a flexible framework for mixing text and R code for automatic report generation. I will show you how I use Sweave and how I decide whether to use Sweave or to use other softwares.
This talk will be presented by rm who's been using R and Sweave for 18 years.
Reading, storing and publishing academic papers with Rstudio, Zotero and Quarto
In this talk I will showcase my setup of Zotero with BBT and Attanger plugins, {rbbt} package for fetching bibliography in R and RStudio/Quarto for paper authoring. Finally, I will show how I cobbled up a Quarto extension with a LaTeX template for a new journal submission.
This talk will be presented by Dmytro Perepolkin, a recovering academic and data analysis advocate residing in Lund, Sweden. On weekdays Dmytro teaches Python, and on weekends he learns Julia.
