Welcome to this CopenhagenR spring get-together, which will be half a relaxed presentation on useful but unorthodox applications of R, and half an opportunity to connect and chat with fellow R users over coffee and cake, or a beer!

Presentation: Useful applications of R
With R jobs being so difficult to obtain and so poorly compensated, I mostly apply R to the much more useful pursuit of making my life pleasant and easy. I present some short, practical uses of R, such as studying patterns in neti pot usage so I can breathe more easily, understanding my employer-provided private health insurance plan so I can figure out how much of a scam it is, and correcting predictably erroneous payslips so I can pay my taxes.
