A new class I tried, and it was hard but it was tons of fun!
Its a fun conditioning program that focuses on cardio, anaerobic, stretching and muscle toning that will keep you fit. A great group of women go on a regular basis, so friends to be made as well!

First class is free, and future classes go on a punch card system.

NOTE - I do not always attend on Thursdays, but there is always a group of great ladies there, and if you are going I will try to make sure I am there as well!
