What is Unwind at 9pm?
A life coaching and yoga class to teach you how to manage your anxiety, stress and practice self-care routines before bed.
Now more than ever, it is important to manage your anxiety and stress. This evening class explains how anxiety affects our daily life and then reviews 3 practices to lower our anxiety and relax before bed.

Breathwork- You’ll be led through a 5 minute breathwork exercise that activates your parasympathetic nervous system, commonly referred to your rest and digest system.

Guided Mindfulness Exercise- Learn to refocus your attention and how to manage anxiety and worry thoughts

Yoga- a slow and gentle yoga practice to unwind and relax
