This is an in-person pranayama breath work session for grounding, calming and nervous system regulation. This a beautiful; perfect practice to end the day which I'm excited to share with you!

This breath work session is held at my private residence, a townhome in Playa del Rey, CA and due to that, space is limited to 7ppl. The address will be sent once payment for the session has been received.

This is a calming breath work session where all members will be laying on their yoga mats. This guided session will incorporate music and sound.

Doors open 6:30pm
Breathwork session begins 6:45pm
Session ends: 7:30pm

Important Notes/What to Bring:

  1. No cat allergies (sorry magical kitties live here)
    2. Yoga mat (required)
    3. Bolster (optional)
    4. Blindfold (provided)
    5. Blanket (optional)
    6. Water (provided)
    7. For everyone's safety, you must not be under the influence of any alcohol or illicit mind altering substance.

About the Facilitator
Avinash Satz is the owner of an integrative coaching company in Los Angeles and a mindfulness practitioner for over 2 decades. During that time, he completed the Anatomy of Awakening program with The Breath Center, as well as AHEM yoga teaching training with Julian Walker at Santa Monica Yoga.

He has facilitated breath work sessions for students, professionals, healthcare practitioners and at a variety of different workshops and events such as Burning Man, and Bhakti Fest .
