Outside of her executive role, Helen is an active real estate investor who began house hacking in 2023. Using owner-occupied financing on both of her first two properties, she has transformed them into high-performing shared housing assets that combine mid-term rentals and coliving. 

Helen is passionate about showing professionals that financial freedom through real estate is achievable without starting as a full-time investor or having an unlimited amount of capital.

When she's not working, renovating properties, or mentoring fellow entrepreneurs and aspiring real estate investors, Helen enjoys traveling the world and spending time with her cat, Uhura Nyota, who proudly considers herself the true owner of every house.
