Cork Artist Club

Our goal is to form an Artist Club where artist's could meet regularly EVERY Saturday 10-1pm at DIFFERENT EVENT'S, throughout the city, at tourist spot's, historical building's. and local attraction's, to draw or paint these, and socialise as a club. Forming FRIENDSHIPS with other Artist's are equally important to SUPPORT you as an Artist.

One last thing we have set up a WhatsApp site for our group where members can chat with one another and see each other's drawings, that were created at Event's. If you want to be included in that just send me your name and number.

We can draw either indoors or outdoors depending on the weather. If we want to venture on trip’s drawing we could walk or drive there and give car lift’s to beauty spot’s further afield. Keep an eye on Event's posted on Meetup to know exactly where Events are, ESPECIALLY ON THE DAY.

Art is for everyone, from total beginner, to improver, to medium level, to accomplished level. All are more than welcome, as it's all about enjoying doing something you love, and having fun, with lovely people. No competition, as it's all about your unique style on paper, that no other can copy, as there is only one you.

A number of drawing subject's, which you are free to choose from, including your own choice, are, object's (bring your own), portrait's, full size model, interior or exterior of building's, street scene's, Architectural building's, plant's, tree's, landscape's, nature, animals, from imagination, the choice is endless.
