This group is for everyone who loves to dance, 5Rhythms® and or Open Floor Movement. If you are looking to connect with like minded people and you love great music.. .Classes are held on the first Friday and second Sunday at The Nano Nagle Theatre, Lower Friars Walk Ballyphehane. Every body welcome!

Helen has been teaching conscious dance practices for 15 years, She is an accredited Somatic Experiencing practitioner and psychotherapist and an avid lover of music.
A certified 5Rhythms®teacher, trained by Gabrielle Roth in 2011. And also a qualified Open Floor Movement facilitator. Her diverse training in a variety of trauma healing practices ensure you are in safe hands.
