This group is for everyone who loves to dance, 5Rhythms® and or Open Floor Movement. If you are looking to connect with like minded people and you love great music.. .Classes are held on the first Friday and second Sunday at The Nano Nagle Theatre, Lower Friars Walk Ballyphehane. Ecstatic Somatic- 5Rhythms® dance and movement meditation
Nano Nagle Theatre, Ballyphehane, Cork, 36 Lower Friars Walk, Cork, CO, IEA facilitated conscious dance practice offering space to slow down, listen inwardly, and move with choice. Through music and gentle guidance, we work with somatic awareness and the nervous system, noticing how the body activates, settles, and finds its own rhythms in motion.
There is no choreography — just an invitation to follow sensation, support regulation, and move in ways that feel honest and resourcing.
