Beneath the layers of doing, striving, protecting, and performing lives a body that longs to be listened to.

This workshop is an invitation to return to the intelligence of the body through movement, sensation, breath, and presence. Using the moving meditation practice of 5Rhythms®, alongside principles from Somatic Experiencing® and Gestalt, we will explore how emotions live within us — not as problems to fix, but as energies to meet, move, and transform.
Together we will explore:

• Embodied awareness and nervous system regulation
• Movement as a pathway to emotional expression and integration
• The relationship between sensation, emotion, and survival patterns
• Pleasure, joy, and aliveness as essential aspects of healing
• Grounded presence, connection, and authentic expression
• The support of rhythm, music, and movement in releasing held energy
