Open Floor Movement Practice — Bank Holiday Monday Morning

A facilitated conscious dance practice offering space to slow down, listen inwardly, and move with choice. Through music and gentle guidance, we work with somatic awareness and the nervous system, noticing how the body activates, settles, and finds its own rhythms in motion.

There is no choreography — just an invitation to follow sensation, support regulation, and move in ways that feel honest and resourcing.
