Louisa is a visionary businesswoman, DJ, and Earth lover, with deep roots in Corks early dance scene.

She developed a passion for music and began spinning vinyl in the 1990s, playing in many clubs including the legendary Sir Henry's night club also holding a regular show on Radio Friendly.
Nowadays, as a 360 Emergence facilitator she hosts conscious movement containers and creates immersive soundscapes that resonate with the human spirit.

Helen is a highly experienced facilitator with over 20 years of working with music, movement, and embodied awareness. Known for her grounded, intuitive and creative soundscapes she creates spaces where people can connect deeply to themselves and each other. With a refined skill in tracking and responding to group dynamics in the moment, her work weaves music, rhythm, and attuned facilitation into a rich and transformative collective experience.
