A Sunday Morning Somatic Movement Practice
How we begin our morning matters.
This is a space to slow down, listen, and reconnect with the intelligence of your body through movement.
Drawing on the principles of Open Floor Movement Practice, together we’ll explore simple movement invitations that help us become more grounded, present and alive. There are no steps to learn and nothing to get right—just an opportunity to notice what is here, follow your body’s natural impulses, and discover new possibilities through movement.
Some mornings you may need to settle. Others you may long to awaken your energy, find your strength, soften, play or simply breathe a little more deeply. Whatever you bring, your body becomes the starting point.
With over twenty years’ experience as a psychotherapist and fifteen years facilitating conscious dance, Helen offers a warm, welcoming space where movement becomes a way to reconnect with ourselves, each other and the richness of being alive.
No dance experience is needed—only curiosity and a willingness to move.
