Join us for a magical evening of movement, rest and renewal as we gather beneath the Full Moon to dance in Nature
Our evening begins with a 5Rhythms® dance, inviting you to arrive fully in your body and awaken your innate vitality through movement.
As darkness falls and the moon rises, we’ll make our way to the beach for a wood-fired sauna and sea experience. Bathe in the warmth of the sauna, cool off in the sea if you wish, and soak in the beauty of the full moon reflected on the water. Together we’ll celebrat in community, nature and embodied presence.
No dance experience is necessary—just bring your body, your curiosity and a willingness to meet yourself exactly as you are.
