Discovering West Cork - Lough Hyne

Join us this Saturday for a relaxed and social nature walk at the beautiful Lough Hyne.

This meetup is all about getting outdoors, enjoying the scenery, and connecting with others in a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

📍 Plan
• Meet at Lough Hyne (main car park)
• Easy scenic loop along the lake and woodland paths
• Relaxed pace with time to enjoy views and conversation

Feel free to bring snacks and water for a short break along the way.

• Distance: approx. 3–3.5 km (return)
• Duration: 60–90 minutes
• Difficulty: Easy (beginner-friendly, gentle sections)
• Terrain: Natural paths, mostly flat with some uneven/muddy spots possible

Mixed but manageable:
• Occasional sunshine with scattered showers
• Windy and cool (around 9–10°C)
