Join us for a special summer day trip to the beautiful Saltee Islands to see the famous puffins and enjoy one of Ireland’s most unique wildlife experiences 🌊
Some of us already booked our tickets and currently have 2 cars available for shared travel from Cork.
This will be a relaxed social day outdoors — good scenery, fresh air, wildlife, and a chance to meet new people while exploring somewhere different together.

We’ll spend the afternoon visiting the islands, spotting puffins and seabirds, and enjoying the coastal views.

🚗 Travel / Car Sharing
We currently have 2 cars and can potentially pick people up from:
• Fermoy
• Mitchelstown
• Rochestown Park Hotel
• Kent Station
Petrol costs will be shared between passengers.
We’ll organise lifts and meeting points closer to the date depending on numbers.
🌦 Important Notes
• Dress for Irish coastal weather (layers + waterproof recommended)
• Comfortable shoes advised
• This is more of a nature/social day trip than a hiking event
• Please only RSVP if you genuinely intend to come, as boat spots are limited
