This is a beginner-friendly session that introduces [Ensemble](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Team_programming#Mob_programming) and [Refactoring](https://refactoring.com) techniques. You will learn to code collaboratively with others in real-time, how to talk about your code and the basics of refactoring to improve the design of existing code in an efficient and safe way.

We will work on the [Theatrical Players Refactoring Kata](https://github.com/Cork-Software-Crafters/Theatrical-Players-Refactoring-Kata). The starter code will be available in multiple programming languages.
