CorkFit: The best way to start your weekend...because you deserve that mimosa on a Saturday morning.

So what is CorkFit? Picture yourself sweating to the best 80's music, keeping things moving by switching from station to station, some stations incorporate wine bottles for weight, some stations focus on your core, some stations focus on fun and/or your best dance moves, all to the sweet sweet sounds of your favorite songs from back in the day.

Bust out that neon spandex, short shorts, and those headbands. Side pony and leg warmers get extra points.

The final round is a "Recovery" Mimosa....zero working out at this point. Stick around for wine tasting and more good times.
