Bordeaux Inspiration Dinner

***EDIT: This event will still be in-person but limited to 5 pax. We'll be going to a casual little outdoor Italian restaurant in King Albert Court (near Rochor). Delicious food but not too pricey. Don't we all need a drink together again! For this dinner we'll pay homage to one of the world's most famous wine regions: Bordeaux- and all the wines it has inspired. "Bordeaux blends" from all over the world are encouraged, but for the sake of flexibility you can treat everyone to anything made from the main Bordeaux grape varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec for reds, and Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle for whites.

(Yes, I know there are other grapes in Bordeaux, but let's keep it to the main varietals for this dinner.)
