TALK 1: "Adventures in API Hacking" - Ciarán Cotter
Web APIs are everywhere these days, and securing them is more important than ever. But how do we attack them? This talk will examine API hacking from a bug bounty perspective, from recon to exploitation, with examples from my past findings to provide some real-world context for these bugs.
TALK 2: Cyber ranges for skills, training and research – an overview- Donna O’Shea, George O’Mahony (MTU)
In this talk, Donna and George, will present an overview of what a cyber range is and why they are needed for cybersecurity skills, training and research. As part of their talk they will present an overview of Ireland’s only cyber range infrastructure, what services it can provide and the impact it has in terms of delivering world class cybersecurity education and research. A demonstration of MTU/UL/TU Dublin cyber range infrastructure will be provided as part of the talk.
