Running since June 2013, every month we have 1-2 talks focused on Security or Technology - followed by socialising with like minded people – and you can find out exactly what to expect on the About Us section of our Meetup page. All people with any sort of an interest or level of knowledge in Security, Hacking and Emerging Technology are more than welcome to attend and feel free to bring like minded colleagues and friends.

TALK 1: Automating Penetration Testing using python - Rishabh Kaushik
During my final year thesis I developed an automation script to automate the penetration testing process including information gathering, scanning, vulnerability analysis, exploitation, post exploitation, and reporting without much user interaction. In this talk I will give a background on the project and demo how I automatically exploited kioptrix, metasploitable 2, and metasploitable 3.

TALK 2: Insights on Modern Cybercrime Attacks - and how everyone is on the front lines of defence - Robert McArdle
A Threat Landscape update on some of the biggest attack trends today, and how everyone has a role to play in defending from them
