In which circumstances and for what purposes do you pick what kind of cooperation? We start with an overview.

Henri will talk about processes and methodologies for companies to strategically translate new ambitions and ideas into products. He will discuss tools to go from 100 ideas to 10 products, from inside or outside an organization, and this through prototypes and/or MVPs based on proven or non-proven technology.

Fabiaan is partner at Accord Group and will discuss from a strategic point of view why Accord Group chose to launch Valpeo as a speedboat (a new venture through a spin-off) instead of building the new service from within the existing organization.
