1. OPEN WITH A BANG We kick things off with a fast, fun group game to break the ice and get everyone talking. No awkward standing around. We jump right in.
2. THE REAL TALK, Continuing the Conversation
   What makes a conversation land, and what makes it fall flat? We dig into how to build genuine connection and keep things going once the small talk runs out.
   We trade real stories, compare what has actually worked, and work through the sticking points together. No lecture, no expert at the front of the room. Everyone here has something worth adding. reference-backed breakdown of what actually works, statistically and in real life. See how our group stacks up against the research. Spoiler: we usually nail more than we think.
3. BREAK OFF AND CONNECT Following the Real Talk, we open it up. Mix with the group, meet new people, and keep the conversation going at your own pace. This part is yours.
