We Ride In Unity

From The Wednesday Ride:

"Please join us for a memorial ride to honor Alex Pretti this Saturday, January 31 at 11 AM, leaving from Building Three Coffee.

Angry Catfish, Alex's home town bike shop, is calling for riders across the country to come together on Saturday and ride in his memory. We'll do a casual, friendly ride down to America the Beautiful Park and back, with community members and lots of love.
I know a lot of us are hurting and wondering what we can do right now, and we think that community is a great place to start.

The Wednesday Ride is rooted in inclusion, community, and kindness. This will be a peaceful and welcoming ride. As always, all kinds of bikes and every kind of body is welcome.
Please bring lights for your bike and a helmet if you have them!"

If anyone wants to meet and ride together, please let me know! Looks like the weather should be pretty nice, and the route to America the Beautiful Park is mostly flat from what I can tell. This event is happening in cities all across the country, so come join in a big movement to honor Alex, as well as Renee Good, Keith Porter Jr., and the many other lives taken or ruined by ICE.
