This is a Spiritual Practice where you will program a provided Clear Quartz Crystal by either imbuing your intention/need/request into your clear quartz or having the clear quartz duplicate properties of a different crystal that meets your needs. Your clear quartz becomes a physical anchor for your intention, a constant reminder of your commitment, and an amplifier of the energy you put toward your goal.
