Spell Jar (Manifest / Receive positive aspects into your life) - Create a small jar filled with amplifying ingredients to manifest a specific magical goal, like to protect your energy against gossip/ill intent/harm, or to release trauma/ emotions/ relationship attachments, etc. The spell jar acts as a focused, tangible representation of the spell's energy and is filled with items such as sand, herbs, crystals, pine needles, and written intentions or etched symbols.

*Material provided in class. But, if you want to dress the exterior, bring ribbons/flowers/etc.

Suggestion: Consider which aspects of your life are most out of balance / the least harmonic and focus on 1 achievable improvement at a time.

Here’s the truth: You can do a hundred spells to stop drinking, stop choosing toxic partners, stop self-sabotage - but if you haven't healed the wound that's driving those behaviors, you'll just find new ways to numb/medicate (via new unhealthy behaviors/addictions).

My goal is to teach people to actually HEAL the root/cause of disharmony (the reason/traumatic event/misuse that created the suffering) instead of just slapping spiritual band-aids on symptoms (under-loved/under-valued/addictions).
