Self Healing with Rev. Christina

Participants will learn a method to awaken their own energy, gather the life-force in their hands, and perform 2 rounds of distributing the healing energy where it is needed. We may perform an exercise to connect the class with their inner knowing and sacred sanctuary, providing opportunities for the class to receive spiritual guidance for themselves.
