Cosmic Flow is a moving meditation that cultivates clarity, release, and deep intuitive connection. This intuitive dance and body first mediation practice is a mindful way to move stuck energy and allow for your field to rebalance leading to deeper connection with self and those around you.

This practice is rooted in grounding your energy into the physical and allows you to maintain balance and a sense of calm within, amidst the ever changing landscape of our world.

No experience needed, come as you are, dance to your hearts desire and be weird as you'd like. This is not about how well you can dance, it's about how your body needs to express and move to release stagnant energy and letting go of limitations

Cultivating Your Sacred Space:

• Create a quite space
• Over-the-ear headphones are recommended
• Bring a yoga mat, blanket or pillow for seated floor mediation
• Clear space for you to dance freely
• Wear comfy clothing
• Optional: Bring crystals, light incense and candles

Requested Engagement:

• Keep MICROPHONES OFF & VIDEOS ON, this cultivates community and safety and is REQUIRED for participation.
• Be authentic!!!! When we can be seen in our fullness, weirdness, or awkwardness, it allow us to let go of being seen as anything but our truest self.
• If you'd like to turn cameras off after we move into intuitive dance portion you are more than welcome. I ask that you challenge yourself in your need to do this out of comfort.
