Weekly Barefoot Forest Meditation

Details
Location
Schmitz Preserve Park is a hidden gem in West Seattle that contains many Old Growth Conifers. This is where we will be meeting for our earthing and meditation sessions.
Please bring the following:
- An open heart and mind
- Warm enough clothing
- Something to sit on if you do not want to sit on the ground
Please RSVP so that I know how many to expect. If you dont intend to go please switch your RSVP to no so others have an opportunity to join.
Itinerary
We will meet at the Schmitz Park bridge between 10-10:10. There should be ample parking along both sides of the street (Free).
From 10:10 to 10:15 I will give a brief summary of the meditation I intend to facilitate and give you an opportunity to set your own intentions and affirmations.
At 10:15 am I will lead us toward the clearing in the event picture. Once we cross the small creek, the journey will continue shoeless (Not required but heavily recommended).
At about 10:25am, I will facilitate a meditation that should last roughly 20 minutes.
This leaves about 15 minutes for discussions, connection, to share insights, and feedback.
