Join me for a meditation and breathwork session to start your morning off with intention. Led by Psychic Medium Grace Lannon.
We will begin class with a short journaling prompt to set our intentions for the meditation practice and the rest of our day/ week.
Please bring a journal or piece of paper and a pen. Water and headphones are suggested.
Dress in comfortable clothes and find a quiet
space to be uninterrupted, you will be laying down for a portion of our meditation practice.
We will begin with a body focused meditation and gentle breathwork exercise, allowing you to ground yourself, get present and get ready for the rest of the day.
No meditation experience necessary.
