Join us for the first-ever Cosmic SoulSync Community Drum Circle, an evening of Healing Rhythms to uplift and connect through the power of sound! We’ll focus on slow, resonant beats believed to promote relaxation, healing, and unity.

No drumming experience is needed—beginners are warmly welcome! Bring your own drum (such as a djembe, conga, frame drum, bongo, or any hand drum), rattle, coffee can, or anything to beat on, or simply use your hands or voice to join the rhythm.

Feel free to bring other instruments like shakers, tambourines, or flutes to add to the fun. This is not a spiritual or Native American drum circle—just a joyful space to sync up, have fun, and feel the rhythm. If time allows, I’m thrilled to offer a brief shamanic healing session with the drum for anyone interested, tapping into its transformative energy. I’m so excited to share the healing power of the drum with you all!

What is a Drum Circle?
A drum circle is a vibrant gathering where people create music together through percussion, rhythm, and sound in a spontaneous, inclusive setting. No musical skills are required—just a desire to connect and groove with others. Drum circles foster community, reduce stress, and ignite creativity, as the shared rhythm creates a powerful sense of unity and flow. The healing rhythms we’ll explore are thought to promote relaxation, emotional release, and a deeper connection to yourself and those around you. Whether you’re drumming on a djembe, tapping a frame drum, shaking a rattle, or singing, you’ll leave feeling energized and uplifted!

Location:
Loomis Basin Community Park (North) When you enter the Loomis Basin parking lot, you'll see a playground structure on your right. We will be located behind the structure, across a wooden bridge (see uploaded picture), in a private park area. I plan to arrive early that day to reserve a spot, as it is first-come, first-served. The area has a nice, large BBQ, and I will be grilling something and sharing food, so bring something if you'd like to share.
