Last month’s Drum Circle was such a heartfelt gathering—thank you to all who joined! Due to your beautiful energy and a special request to host another before the seasons shift, we’re coming back together this October.
Expect an evening of soulful rhythm, spontaneous joy, and community resonance in a serene park surrounded by nature’s embrace.

### 🌟 What to Expect:

#### 🐾 Power Animals & Spirit Card Pulls

We’ll begin by pulling Animal Spirit Cards—a fun and intuitive way to discover which power animal chooses you.
Each card brings a symbolic message of guidance, strength, or insight. Once revealed, we’ll drum with your animal, calling in its energy through rhythm and movement.
What message will it have for you? What part of your inner nature wants to be remembered?

#### 🥁 Healing Rhythms Drum Circle

No experience necessary! Whether you're a beginner or seasoned drummer, all are welcome. This is an inclusive, co-creative space where we’ll explore slow, resonant rhythms designed to calm the nervous system, open the heart, and deepen connection.
If time allows, I’ll offer short shamanic drum healing sessions for anyone drawn to experience a more focused energetic shift.

### 🧺 Potluck Vibes:

I'll be bringing something to grill on the park BBQ! Feel free to bring a dish or snack to share if you feel called. It’s all optional—come as you are.

### 🛠 What to Bring:

• Your own drum (djembe, conga, frame drum, bongo, coffee can—anything goes!)
• Other instruments welcome: flutes, rattles, shakers, tambourines
• Folding chair or blanket
• Water and anything else to keep you comfy
• Potluck dish (optional)
• Open heart and playful spirit

Loomis Basin Community Park (North)
You’ll see balloons at the park entrance and again at the wooden bridge leading to our spot. After entering the parking lot, look for the playground structure on the right. Cross the wooden bridge behind it to find our gathering space in a more private, shaded area.
I’ll be arriving early to reserve the space (it’s first-come, first-served), and the area has a BBQ, plenty of room to spread out, and beautiful trees.

### 💫 Why Drum Circles?

Drum circles are spontaneous gatherings where rhythm becomes our common language.
They encourage joy, connection, emotional release, and group coherence. As we attune to the beat, we attune to one another—and something sacred begins to pulse through.
This is not a religious or Native American ceremony. It is a joyful, welcoming, secular space for all beings to come together in rhythm, curiosity, and shared breath.
