Pranayama and dynamic breath-led Vinyasa Thursday evenings at 7:30pm and Sunday mornings at 10am.

A dynamic Vinyasa flow blended with powerful pranayama techniques that creates harmony between breath and movement. This class builds strength, flexibility, and focus while deepening your connection to yourself and the divine through mindful movement and conscious breathing.

Led by an experienced teacher with over 10 years of personal practice and 500+ hours of certified training in Ashtanga, Hatha Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Pranayama, and Yoga Nidra.
