Based in our serene Cary studio, we offer regular sound baths and vibrational healing experiences using crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, gongs, and more. Whether you're from Raleigh, Apex, Wake Forest, or Holly Springs, you're invited to journey inward and reconnect with your highest self.
Each session is an invitation to slow down, release stress, and bathe in therapeutic frequencies that nourish your body, mind, and spirit. All are welcome—whether you're new to sound healing or a seasoned seeker. Come as you are, and leave lighter, aligned, and uplifted.

The journey will begin with gentle restorative yoga postures and conscious breathwork, easing the body and mind into a state of openness and receptivity.
As you settle in, you'll be immersed in the harmonious vibrations of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, gongs, and other sacred instruments—designed to dissolve stress, clear energetic blockages, and realign your inner flow.
To conclude, we’ll come together in a sacred group chant, allowing our voices to rise in unity and seal the healing vibrations of the night.
