Join Caitlynn for 60-min mindful movement classes taking time to embody your wholeness through self-love and wisdom within. We will intentionally sink into a gentle, restorative practice connecting our breath with movement and utilize affirmations associated with each chakra. Each class will be offered a short individual and/or group energy healing (depending on preference and group size) while in shavasana to close out our practice. Each weekly offering (Monday/Friday classes) will be focused on the same chakra.
These sessions will bring awareness to grounding into the present moment, embodying the pause before response, and cultivating an intentional daily practice, on and off the mat. The intention is to engage and encourage you to enhance your overall well being through linking intentional breath with intentional movement.
