About us
Cosplay Cairns is a community based cosplay group and event hub in Cairns, Queensland, bringing together fans of anime, gaming, comics, and pop culture. It provides a welcoming space for people of all skill levels to dress up as their favourite characters, express their creativity, and connect with others who share similar interests.
The group regularly hosts meet-ups, themed events, and participates in local festivals and community activities, helping promote cosplay culture while encouraging inclusivity, creativity, and self-expression in the region.

Cosplay at The Cairns Show
Cairns Showgrounds, 109-127 Mulgrave Rd, Parramatta Park, QL, AULast year we were invited back for our 3rd year at The Showgrounds. This year we're in talks again about another collaborations!

It is a 3 day event which participants in return for free entry, cosplay for 5-6 hours on a rotating roster (1hr cosplay then 1hr break, repeat) After which they are able to wonder the grounds and enjoy the festivities!
