The 3rd Annual Queens Fiber Arts Festival on Oct 26 at the Kings Manor House in Jamaica, Queens.
This is a great outdoor event bring all the fiber friends together. Bring all your fall cosplay since to join in the Fall Festival also happening at the Kings Manor House. There will be knit and crochet classes, crafting circle, yarn giveaways, vendors, and a pumpkin patch.

Feel free to enjoy the festival from 11am-4pm
Weather permitting.

Group pic is from 1pm-1 15pm. Wear something crochet or knit (made or bought) for a group photo or any Fall themed cosplay. Please keep it family friendly. I'll allow up to 10 min grace period for the group photo.

What if I don't knit/crochet, can I still go?
Yes there is a Fall Festival at the same time with Halloween/Fall events. Also, we need people to volunteer to take pics and watch bags.

Directions:
From LIRR from Grand Central Station, Penn Station, or Brooklyn stops to Jamaica Station. At Jamaica, Take the elevator down to the street level. Turn left on Sutphin Blvd, walk 2 blocks to Jamaica Ave. Turn right on Jamaica Ave and it's 3 blocks walk until you get to the park. Only $5 dollars each way from any NYC station for LIRR "City ticket" and with a travel time of 20-30 mins.
Nearest subway is the E, J train at Jamaica Center-Parsons Archer. Exit at Archer Ave, walk until to 153rd St, turn right at the Church then left on Jamaica Ave. to enter the park. If you exit at Parsons Blvd, walk on Parsons Blvd and turn left on Jamaica Ave. It's 3 blocks walk until you get to the park. Check mta.info for planned service changes on the trains
